Q: How much advance time do I need to order cookies ahead?
A: All of our products, including cookie and cookie bouquets, are fresh and made to        order. We do not have any pre-made, frozen or otherwise "on-hand" products, so we        generally need at least a few days production time. It is always appreciated when        orders are made with production and shipping times in mind.

Q: Can you customize product designs that we see on your website?
A: We can make any cookie that you see on our website into a cookie to fit your needs or      desires. Also, we make our own cookie cutters, so we can design anything you                 would like.

Q: Are your cookies made by hand?
A: All of our products, including the cookies, are handmade. Each and every order is         made from scratch, beginning with the mixing of the dough for cookies and the batter      for cakes to the icing for the motifs on the decorated sugar cubes. All of our products      are individually hand-decorated. We do not mass produce any of our products.

Q: Can I purchase a cookie arrangement different than what is offered on the      website?
A: Yes you may. We love to design your special custom bouquet, cookie favors or any      other product that you see - just tell us what you want. Cookies 'N Cream is one of a      very few online creative cookie companies that are able to provide fresh custom            products. Q: You don't list any prices for your cakes. How much do your cakes cost?
A:  It would be impossible to offer a price list, due to the vast variety of design     elements and flavor choices that our customer request for their cakes. The     number of servings, complexity of  design and other such details are taken into     consideration when we quote a price. Some smaller cakes may involve more to       create than a larger one, and therefore it will have a higher price per serving,     which is the basis for our pricing.

Q. May I provide a message for a business or greeting card to be included with my      order?
A. Yes, we will include an enclosure card for any item. The cookie bouquets have a text     field provided for you to enter the message that you would like on the enclosure card.     If you desire a card enclosure for any other item, please e-mail your card information     to info@cookiesncream.com, and include your name and order number.
